Weekend Goal

To make a pie out of this:
It's a hubbard squash..I've read it's often interchanged with pumpkin. So we'll see how it goes.

    My mom's family is all about the squash pie. I didn't know we weren't eating "pumpkin" pie until my dad pointed out once what an adjustment that was marrying into the famil :). I LOVE squash pie, and that's coming from a major pumpkin eater. Good luck!
