I haven't talked to you in forever!<br /><br />Peach cobbler is easy: <br />1 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. buttermilk, 1/4 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt 1 can peaches (undrained), 1/2 cube butter melted. <br />Mix all ingredients except peaches and butter. Pour melted butter in pan, then mixture, then top with peaches.
